We are six classes into our summer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu self defense curriculum. Children and parents are having a blast learning our system and thoroughly enjoying testing their ability under pressure.
A special mention goes to Finn for earning is grey and white belt. He's worked very hard in the dojo and it shows in his rolling. Great work Finn.

What a fantastic graduation. I'm very proud of the team for all their hard work. Our work on the mats gets easier and then it gets harder. The learning continues!
A big heart felt thank you to all who attended our 3rd anniversary party. If was a lot of fun seeing the kids learn to skate. I enjoyed chasing around with the more advanced skaters as well. The food was fantastic and the sweets for awesome.
