Well done to everyone that leveled up.  Aidan and I are so happy to have such a strong team.  It's a pleasure to teach each and everyone of you.  

Parent Participation and Graduation

Graduation is this Saturday.  We are looking forward to everyone turning up to congratulate everyone that will receive a stripe and new belt.

All parents are invited to join us on the mats with their child/children for the next 2 weeks of training.  This has always been a popular format and a real eye opener to parents as to the effectiveness of our sport.
