We all had a fantastic time learning back mount escapes and back mount attacks. These pictures are worth a thousand words. I love everyone's Jiu Jitsu. I'm always pleased to see my team smiling when the are rolling.
Brazilian jiu jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that teaches a smaller person how to defend themselves against a larger adversary by using leverage and proper technique.
