What a fantastic graduation today. We had 4 students receive stripes and one student leveled up to a grey and white belt. A big well done for everyone that participated this term.
Brazilian jiu jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that teaches a smaller person how to defend themselves against a larger adversary by using leverage and proper technique.

Geon wins gold and silver Auckland Kids BJJ
Hello everyone
Geon did a fantastic job at the competition.
He Won a Gold Medal in the Gi division and won a silver Medal in the No Gi division.
He's going back to Korea Wednesday. I've ask his aunt to bring him on Tuesday so we can give him a happy send off. Hopefully they will have time to drop in.

Graduation was a complete success!
What a fantastic turnout for our graduation. I'm very proud to have such good learners, listeners and fighters in our dojo. The saying of keeping Jiu Jitsu playful has produced aggressive technical fighters in our academy. I love everyone's Jiu Jitsu.
