Classes will be running during the school term break. We will be on the same class schedule. Aidan and I look forward to seeing you all on the mats.

Ready for level 2
We will be starting classes on Tuesday the 1st of September.
The lesson plan will consist of strength and mobility exercises, whilst maintaining proper distancing. This will be non contact training. Our mats are 2 metres long and 1 meter wide which makes it easy to get everyone into a safe distancing space. We manage the spacing for the parents/caregivers using the mats as our guide.
We have plenty of hand sanitizer, soap, hand towels and hot water. The Govt QR code poster is next to the sign in sheet for everyone to use.
* If you plan on your child/children returning to training this Tuesday and/or Saturday please let me know. *
Class times are:
Tuesday 4:00pm to 4:50pm for Juniors and 5:00pm to 6:00pm for Senior students. Saturday 9:00am to 9:50am and 10:00am to 11:00am.
Hopefully nothing changes in the planning to move to level 2.

Another great workout!
Here's one that's a little easier. This one hits all the right muscles in our glute area!

One of my favorite ab workouts!
Since we have time on our hands it's a great time to work on the core. I've been doing this routine every morning since the last lock down. I couldn't get all the way through it at first. It took about 2 weeks to make it to the end of the routine.
I'm confident that anyone can do it if they work at it consistently.
