Excellent work from all of our students this term. I'm very proud and lucky to have such a good group of students. A big thanks to all the families for supporting us in our Jiu Jitsu journey.
We will have classes during the school break. Same days and times. With the progress made in this term we want to keep the momentum going. Our Juniors have hit a milestone so let's keep moving forward.

Our Junior team is showing off what they've learnt in the last 8 weeks. They now have enough tools in there tool box to have a technical rolling session.
Skills learnt:
2 Mount escapes - Trap and roll and 2 on one with hip escape.
2 Sweeps. Hip bump and Pendulum
2 guard pass - Double under and standing guard pass
Pulling guard when starting on the ground.
We had a good flow with all the movements. We had excellent focus from everyone. Aidan was a tremendous help in running everyone through the techniques for the chain we created..
